Transition Squad helps seniors downsize.

Our client is downsizing and has accumulated lots of beautiful things (see below) over the years. Everything in the house MUST GO! There is an assortment of teak, lightly used furniture, patio furniture, household items, antiques, collectibles, china crystal and more. This is a great sale for new home owners!

Please note:

- Parking is available on the street.
- This is an indoor estate sale so there will be a limited number of people allowed inside at a time, first come, first serve.
- Items are only available on the day of the sale. No items will be sold prior to sale date.
- Cash only. All sales will be final.
- Bags are available for smaller items but please bring own boxes and wrapping materials in case you purchase fragile items.
- Most items are priced and tagged. Any unpriced items will typically be $1, $2 or $3. Please ask a Transition Squad representative onsite for assistance.
- Pickup of larger furniture items may require scheduling after the sale.
- Any items not sold on sale day may be available at our store afterwards.
