Over 20 hours of regulation to Steinway concert grand specifications by expert technician in 2002. Technician and owner worked side by side to get detailed sound and response from each individual key. Due to rock-solid ABS action, the regulation has only required very minor adjustments. Piano has been tuned biannually and holds very well. Numerous accomplished pianists have declared this one of the best instruments they have ever played for its depth of sound and precise control.
