The Oceanfront Hotel Sointula:-- Hotel, Restaurant for sale. After 35 years we are retiring!

For less than the cost of a house on the lower mainland, you can buy a 25,000 sq. ft. oceanfront 20 room hotel. Increasing tourism traffic every year. We are only 4 hours driving time north of Nanaimo.

Are you ready to get out of the city and catch your salmon dinner before you even go to work?
Or perhaps you like kayaking and want to go out for a quick paddle before the first tourist shows up.

We have 20 rooms currently available for tourists and visitors to rent. There is another upper floor waiting to be developed by the new owners. Fabulous views to Port McNeill with the ocean just outside your door.

We have been here for 35 years. We love it here and now it is time to retire and spend more time fishing and kayaking.

This area of Vancouver Island is the eco tourism centre of the West Coast. Our salmon fishing, whale watching and grizzly bear watching are huge tourist draws. Our water is pure and clean- many say the best water they have ever drank. Sointula is a fabulous place to live- has a great school for kids and is fully serviced with water and sewer.

With the help of social media marketing our business is growing every year and has unlimited potential. There is a new 4 star hotel being built in Port Hardy this year that will draw people from all over the world. Sointula is a destination focus for many people because of it's history and fabulous low bank beaches and groomed hiking trails. We have much to offer tourists that they can't get any where else on the North Island. We are close enough to the border for the U.S. travelers to take advantage of their high dollar.

Check out our website and email me for more information.

Summer is coming. Do you want to spend it commuting to work in the city or picking up your crab traps in time for dinner?
