They have a rare natural "untreated" spectacular color that will dazzle you with it's natural beauty many times over, a rare gem indeed! ((Probably one of the greatest gem discoveries of the last 50 years has been the areas of Tunduru and Songea of the Ruvuma Region of Southern Tanzania, Africa. The foremost exciting gem to come out from this region is the sapphire. Bright fancy colors of purple, blue, pinks, some yellows & oranges! This material is just incredible and because this material is so incredible, the government of Tanzania is trying to control all mining in the area.)) Remarkable gems! This gem pair is a lot more beautiful in person and has an excellent face up appearance & a very gemmy eye appeal, along with being harder to acquire them in this rare & natural untreated color!
