This is a trimmer that is battery operated (included). It can be used for eyebrows, bikini area and facial hair for men and women. We have one and it works great for the quick touch ups. It comes with a velvet like cover and a brush to clean it with too. It's ready to use - just take it out of the box and trim that excess hair away. Buy it as it is.
