Up for your consideration is this Fostoria American ring holder. It is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. It has it's original paper label and also is marked on the bottom. measures 3 3/4" across

It is listed in Sidney Seligson's book,'Fostoria American Complete Guide' on page 69. It was made by Fostoria for Avon only in 1980 and not to many were produced making them scares.
