Property owners worldwide spend billions of dollars each year on insurance policies to give them the added security
and protection for their property in the case of a loss. This money is paid with the idea that in the event of a loss they are
sure to get at least the monetary value out of their property. However this is not always the case.
Each year millions of dollars in property damage occurs due to fires, weather, and vandalism as well as by
