I currently live in the house but can get moved out within hours. There is a lien on the house, but it won't be a problem. All we need to do is meet at the Horizon Credit Union on North Reserve where the loan is from. I bring the title and you bring $2,000 cash so I can pay the lien and the rest of the payment in either a cashier's check or cash. (I will call the cashier check’s bank and check it before signing the title or better yet let me go with you when you get it please because have had a few fake ones already no offense.) Then, I will have the bank state the lien amount left on the trailer and assure you that the lien will be removed once paid and then the house is clear for complete transfer. Then you purchase the RV at the bank and I pay the lien right in front of you and sign you the title and we're 100% good to go! We can figure out some other way but figured this way it would be completely done at once for both parties.
You will be happy with this RV, it is a 2000 yes, but it will last a long time with no significant issues and it is very comfortable! Selling for $18,000! Willing to deal on the price a little but nothing crazy because already losing 10k on it and that is an enormous loss for me and it is in great shape! Bought at Brett's RV for 23k on sale from 25k and put around 5 grand of work and items into the RV. Good deal!!! Save some Money!! Get it before someone else does, you will be happy you did!!

Wondering if you can keep the 5th wheel where it is in the trailer park? Wonderful!
It would be perfect if you kept it here actually. Delightful peaceful beautiful area. Great landlords and neighbors. Has a nice shed that you would own here, it is professionally skirted and winter ready, and end space so you would only have one friendly neighbor here. Lot rent just got raised to $330 but it even includes watering and mowing the yard among other things so pretty good deal.

It is warm enough, an all season camper, and ready for winter? No worries it is! I skirted around the bottom of the RV and used insulation behind it to keep in heat so the pipes wont freeze and it has an Artic Package around the water tanks which when turned on will automatically heat the water tanks to 45 degrees. I sealed the outside of the RV and sealed the roofs good on the slide-outs. Got vent cushions to hold in heat also plus have a few electric heaters in the underbelly that come with it when it gets really cold just in case. The furnace works well and recently got updated and serviced. The water hose is insulated and heated also.
