Condition and description: Noticeable cover wear, mostly light stains. On the top left corner of the flyleaf, there is a telephone number printed in ink. I have cropped the number from the scanned image. In addition, the Appetizer section cover page has a section cut out. That is also visible in the image. The binding is tight and the pages are clean, except for tanning from age.
In addition to the standard sections (Appetizers, Meat, Beverages, etc.) there are sections that contain menus for different occasions, a section on setting the table, how to preserve cut flowers and foilage and purchasing food in large quantities.
