I am selling my couch and loveseat because they're too large for our new living room! They were both in a storage facility for about 2 years before being brought out for use, and in total they're about 4 1/2 years old, originally purchased at $1400 for both.

There is some minor damage to the upholstery in an inconspicuous area on the couch, but other than that they're like new. The couch is roughly 8' long , the loveseat is about 5'5". I hate to see them go but we need something quite a bit smaller for our new place and these two just won't fit no matter how we've tried arranging them.
