Responsible for helping with running the restaurant and supervision of the team members
• Supervises all employees to assure adherence to approved standards of product preparation and customer service.
• Assists in maintaining the increase and profitable growth of the restaurant by achieving or surpassing projected sales and operating cost objectives
• Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and handling customer complaints in an effective professional manner.
• Is responsible for collecting, recording and safeguarding cash to include the managers’ bank and following company cash control procedures.
• Sees that appropriate and continual action is taken for adherence to local, state and federal law.
• Assists in hiring, orienting, training and guiding store employees to ensure maximum profitability.
• Supervises the Managers set-up for the day’s business or the closing of the restaurant.
• Assists the Corporate Training Manager in the supervision and training for Franchise Managers.
• Participate in Community Organizations in an effort to develop sales through networking and relationship building with Community leaders.
Must have:
• 2 years of Management experience
• Familiarity with P&L Management Standards
• Full flexible schedule
• Good communication skills & Professionalism
• Some experience with training
