What is Jeet Kune Do?
Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is the combative Martial Art developed by the late Bruce Lee. JKD is often referred to as "scientific street-fighting", and relies on three important ideals: Directness, Simplicity, and Non-Classical. Bruce Lee made sure that only the most effective and efficient techniques, tactics and philosophies were employed in the development of Jeet Kune Do. Jeet Kune Do is primarily comprised of Wing Chun Gung Fu, Western Boxing, and Fencing Theory.
