Its hardened polished aluminum case body is dense enough to weather several years worth of stress and damage. Every unit comes with an integrated safety latch on its hopper that prevents accidents.

The GS-12 is also a cinch to clean. All of its parts are easily disassembled and quickly put back together. The Shredding and Grating Discs come in a wide variety of hole sizes and can be made to accommodate the needs of any kitchen. All Alfa products are NSF-Approved.
