2016 Forest River Columbus 295RL Fifthwheel. I bought this trailer last year from original owner. I have kept it in excellent condition and have done a few upgrades and add ons listed below. Transferable Superior 7 year Extended warranty with 6 years left as of July. Washer dryer (Built in laundry basket in closet). 32" Insignia Flat Screen with sound bar, and DVD Player. Heated Tanks and heated Storage. Multi function blinds for Day and night. Island with a sink. Convenient built in vacuum. Couch in living room folds out into bed. Their are 4 chairs for the Dinette, but only 2 displayed in pictures. New awning fabric. Plenty of storage. Back up camera. Washer Dryer Installed. Removable Skirt.
