I am a self-employed single mom of 3, needing a 4 bedroom house in South Nanaimo, July (1st or 15th). Would consider buying if owner can finance, but I do not have a down payment. I am an excellent tenant, non-smoker/non-partier, with references. I have 2 outdoor cats (they cannot come indoors due to allergies, & they are good mousers). I love the country, so would prefer something on a bit of land. Space for a horse would be a bonus, as well as wood heat. Will pay up to $1500/mo plus utilities.
