26.62 ACRE PROPERTY FOR SALE in Hudspeth County, West Texas.
This gives you the hunting rights to hunt the entire 32,000 acre ranch. That is 50 square miles of hunting. There are good deer populations in this area and lots of hogs. Also an occasional mountain lion and big horn sheep.

You will own the property forever - You will NOT need to buy deer or hunting leases each year! The ownership of this property gives you the right to have 2 hunters on the ranch at any time. The hunting rights automatically come with the property ownership. If you have more than 2 hunters, we also have a 53.24 Acre property available, and it comes with the right to have 4 hunters on the ranch at any time.
The Price of the 26.62 Acre Property is $9,950.
The Price of the 53.24 Acre Property is $19,900.

With 20% down I will finance the balance. We will transfer ownership to you with a warranty deed, and we will cover all transfer costs so there are no other costs or fees. We will also pay the property taxes through the end of the year for you. Property taxes are about $75 per year per 26.62 Acre property.
