Years later, Sam returns to find that Martha has gained immense power and has married The District Attorney, played by KIRK DOUGLAS. Together they pull Sam into a convoluted web of deceit, corruption and ultimately a murder plot. The film debut of KIRK DOUGLAS makes this film especially appealing.
