2008 Dutchmen Northshore 326QB Fifthwheel. Sleeps 10. 2 slides, 4 bunks+ Hide-a-bed with 2 bathrooms.

This unit tows very well. Exception Value Great for a family with a separate kids area. They can sleep while you stay up without disturbing them.

Full tub in the main bathroom good for little kids, and large adults easily fit inside. Second 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and sink up front in the bunk area with TV/Power hookup in the front kids room. The flip sofa in the front where bunks are can fold down to another bed, .

The master bedroom has a large closet with tons of storage for hanging clothes and drawers, plus a TV hookup.

This has the added weather package, which makes it suitable for at least 3 seasons, plus very mild winter days. Includes double pane windows, 35000 BTU ducted furnace and 15000 BTU ducted AC.
Based on the asking price, we will include the Thule accessories, which is the Smart RV Countertop, 2 or 3 Smart RV Universal Hooks (good for power cord, water hose, jackets, etc) and the Smart RV Trash Bin.

It has not been used a whole lot and has been kept very clean. The Standard Queen Sized RV mattress was replaced with a full size queen mattress. The decals are peeling but the exterior is in excellent shape. Just put a brand new water pump in. Please call at 403-357-4466 to view.
