Some Product Features:
- The M802 Dough Mixer brings in high standards of reliability and efficiency to any bakery,
institution, hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Heavy Duty Flexa-Gear positive drive transmission provides high operating efficiency and quietness.
- The mixer is compact to conserve valuable floor space, clean in appearance, and entire unit is completely
enclosed and sealed.
- Has a push button starting with finger tip control, lever controlled power lift, driven by main motor, raises
or lowers bowl to any desired position. 4 speed all purpose mixer.
- Planetary mixing action, 4 positive speeds: timed mixing control, multiple disc clutch for smooth, positive action.
- High torque, ball bearing, fan ventilated within machine enclosure, producing adequate radiation type cooling.
- Timer: 15 minute standard: Timer automatically shuts of machine in any speed after a predetermined
time has elapsed, having a "hold" position feature for "non-timed" operation (18 minute timer for only 50 cycle.)
- Positive main drive, heavy duty, flexa-gear of neoprene nylon and steel construction.
Transmission gears are hardened allot steel running in oil. Constant mesh of helical gears establishes a new level of quietness in operation.All shafts are ball bearing.
