Power Sliding Door Occasionally Pops Back Out About 1/4 Inch After Closing. (If It Bothers You, This Is Covered Under Warranty Until November 9th 2009. I just haven't had anyone available to take it to be repaired for me yet).
FYI: No Squealing Sounds, and Drivers Do Not Make Any Comments (They Seem OK When Driving) BUT, A Mechanic Told Me It Will Be Time For New Brakes Soon.
Regarding Title: Title will be released after finalizing this sale. If you wish to receive the title at the time of sale, we need to meet at my bank. Reason being, there is still a balance due on the auto loan I have for this vehicle. The bank will use part of the money from the sale of this vehicle to pay off my loan - and will then hand you the title (which they informed me they have on site, so you won't have to wait for it). I still owe because I refinanced twice to achieve a lower payment. (This vehicle was originally $42,000). If you do not wish to meet at the bank, I can mail you the title. Your choice. (If you don't want to meet at the bank to receive the title that day, I could provide a written guarantee that the existing loan will be paid off immediately upon receiving funds from this sale and the title mailed to you, if you wish).
I am selling this van simply because my budget does not allow for a vehicle not under warranty. My health requires air conditioning - and I can't afford to have it repaired (the Chrysler warranty expired after 3 years). |
