Large Video Rental Store for sale. We sale and rent DVD, VHS and Video Games. In a busy shopping center with new business being built around us. The town is growing and in the next ten years the population is expected to DOUBLE. With over 30,000 movies ranging from rare and out of print titles to the newest releases this business has been in operation for over 22 years with an extensive customer base and " regulars " that never leave your business. Some members have been coming since the first year of operation.
Known for our greatest selection of movies and friendly staff, we are well loved in the community. We are selling due to my health problems. I am no longer able to handle the store and it's responsibilites. We will truely miss being in this store on a daily basis.
Everything comes with the store, the customers, employees, movies, computers, all equipment to keep it running as it is today. Just step into an already existing business and see how easy and fun it is to own your own video rental store. Our Manager and Assistant Manager have all the abilities to train the new owner. I will remain in contact for 90 days to help train the new owner with any problems or questions.
The staff are friendly, and like family. We are a close team and all work well together. If it were not for my bad health, this store would not be for sale. I would really like to sell the store instead of liquidate it, after all these years the store is an icon in this town, but I am unable to keep it.
