This trailer has spent most of it’s life parked. Good condition. Stove top, oven, fridge, hot-water tank all working well. New hot -water tank in 2015, new fridge (electric only) 2014. New tires in 2006, but only have 500 km on them. Four-piece bathroom with tub/shower. Sleeps 4. Queen size bed in master bedroom and sofa bed (double size). Plenty of cupboard space, under floor storage with access from outside. Large, sunny windows. No awning. I live in Calgary, but the trailer is parked at the Moyie River Ranch Resort, just outside of Yahk, BC, which is between Cranbrook and Creston. Pick up only.
