Hello, my name is Vince Stead, and I can paint your mobile home single or double wide for a total of $495, or just the trim for $195. You buy and pick the colors you like, most mobile homes take me roughly 2 to 3 gallons for the base, and about 1 to 2 gallons for the trim, with most coaches always being 2 colors.
For $495 I will paint everything except the railings and carport underneath. Trim painting does include the trim on carports. Call for any additional items like sheds or roof coatings. I can apply a new coat of roof sealant, and at the same time patch any holes or drips you might have, and coat the roof with 1 thick coat of electrostatic material for $185, and you pick up the material at either Lowe's or Home Depot or another place.
I can usually paint the trim in a full day, and I can paint a trailer in about 2 to 3 days, 3 if I'm feeling tired, or I might talk to much sometimes to the home owner.
I was in the Navy for 8 years from 1982 to 1990. I was stationed on a destroyer, a submarine tender, and did a short stint on the Nimitz aircraft carrier. I was lucky enough to go to 16 countries, so that was very cool. I have also written some books under my name of Vince Stead that you can find on Amazon and Barnes & Noble and smaller places..
I write dog books, but I still need and like to get outside and work and do stuff, I usually like to write in the mornings and late evenings. My wife owns a store in Poway that is a big thrift store, and I help her out their also when I'm not doing my own work sometimes. You don't have any worries with my painting, you don't pay me til the end, and if you are not happy, don't pay me. I will make sure I try and do the best I can for you. I use cotton rollers for less spill, and I don't use an airless sprayer for anything, because it's more work and over spray is to dangerous, I do everything by hand, and I can make your place like very nice again.
