"leaky condo" detector?
I've been reading a lot of high-rise leaky condos lately. Must be alot of problems out there.
Worse, it seems that some home inspectors don't actually test for "leakiness" in homes - did you read the Vancouver Courier article about the couple that was surprised about what a home inspector DOESN'T inspect?
If you're concerned about buying a leaky condo or home, why not do your own testing of leaky wall? You can rent a couple of leaky detectors from me, for $40/day.
I'm not in this business, but I have two special gadgets that, unlike automatically read moisture in walls.
