Here is a very magnificent & rare natural rich pink color fluorite facet/cab grade gem rough mined from the Su Zurfuru Mine, Fluminimaggiore area, Cagliari, Italy. This incredible & very phenomenal fluorite has a World Class natural rich pink color, an excellent face up appearance & very gemmy eye appeal. What makes this rough so special, is when you turn this block rough on its side, it displays a phenomenal pink & mint green banding, just as one of the pictures display. A very blocky piece that will yield some nice cabs or a faceted gem. This is some of the FINEST natural color Fluorite we have seen in the market and the Italian Fluorite is fast becoming the standard for this color Fluorite. Fluorite also has fluorescent and phosphorescent properties, which vary for each specimen. It may fluoresce blue under short-wave UV light but also yellow, green, red, white, and purple. Some samples will fluoresce one color under short-wave light, another under long-wave, and phosphoresce a third color!
