Here is indeed a very impressive london blue topaz where the gem rough was mined from the Pedra Preta pit in Bahia of the NE Region of Brazil. We are talking a fantastic gem here with an exceptional face up appearance and a very gemmy eye appeal. This topaz displays a very fine & well saturated blue color tone and is 'loupe clean' under close inspection. This gem would make an excellent gift for that someone special, especially mounted in a ring or pendant.
