This is a black purse with silver hardware. that has two handles each handle is two handles twisted together. about one inch from the top there is material weaving through with tassles on the ends that tighten to hold together there is also a small zipper area on the inside and then a small pocket on the other side. there is a snap that will hold it closed also.
