This is a very nice, clean, tight 5th Wheel. It has one slide out in the main body and a three-step upper bedroom with queen bed. All appliances work great and are clean. I am asking 6100$. I am the second owner and you could be the third, it is situated right now in a beautiful spot on the Rogue River so if you like to fish this could be called heaven. It has three slight issues that need to be fixed, 1; it has leak on the corner of the slide out,-update leak fixed. not an issue anymore. 2; it is missing two awnings, which are very easy to replace, 3; the furnace is currently not working, all of these are fixable with a minimum of money which is something I am out of at this time. I am including with the trailer, a small extra refrigerator, a table and two chairs (nice set), one small swivel rocker chair, and two sets of shelves, and the front tripod altogether worth roughly $390. I am out of work and must sell SOONEST. please, only serious people inquire.
