1985 BMW K100RT motorcycle with many extras!
For sale is a Motorcycle with many extra parts including a motor, frame, two transmissions, and too many spare parts to list separately. For interested parties, a link to pictures will be provided, but only physical examination will fully disclose the scope of this offer. The motorcycle is not insured, so no test rides are available. The last time I started the engine it was slightly rough, so I think the injectors need cleaning. The last time I rode the bike it was very strong, with smooth acceleration up to red line RPM. The wiring harness needs work. The headlamp went out on my last ride, and the speedometer circuit was intermittent. The second engine was the original one when I bought the bike, and ran well but had some vibration at higher RPM. The mileage was ~110K when I bought it, but the actual current mileage is unknown. One transmission has never been used. Upon sale, a clear title will be provided.
Although I believe that the bike can be easily repaired to full road-worthy operation, the bike and parts are sold as-is where-is, with no warranty or guarantees, and with no returns accepted.
