HURRY, I only have enough wood left to build one more 2X4 & 1- 1X4 Light Box.

I have some 10.5 inch solid Wood Crown Molding, i believe it to be Elm or Ash that i use to make ceiling light boxes with, I can make them in 2'X4' or smaller sizes.
The one in the picture was built and installed in a house we just sold, and most everyone wanted to buy this box.
I was offered on the spot $650.00 for the one in the pic.
I can build one the same for you, costing $450.00 or smaller sizes for less.
This fixture box added the wow to the kitchen that was needed to help sell the house.
It's a small investment to get a sale or even increase your saleability of a house.
