 | You are purchasing a Polaroid transfer created by Jane Linders. Each Polaroid transfer is hand-made by the photographer using specific materials and equipment ot achieve a desired effect. A transparency is projected on to professional Polaroid print film and as development begins, the print and chemicals are prematurely separated. The image is transferred on to dampened watercolor paper for a unique image which has a dated, artistic photo-painting appearance. Exposure , pressure, time, paper and other variables make each print an original mono-print. The negative is destroyed in this process, so no two images will ever look alike.
Print size is approximately 3.5 x 4.5, printed on 140lb Arches watercolor paper and archivally matted to 8 x 10 and signed by the photographer.
Jane Linders is an award-winning photographer who has received local and national attention. She has exhibited at The Mad Art Gallery, Art St. Louis, St. Louis Artists Guild, The Foundry, 3rd Floor Gallery, Natural History Museum – St. Louis, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Chesterfield Art Center, The Smithsonian in Washington D.C, Sleeth Gallery, and Parks Gallery. Publications include: St. Louis Seen and Un Seen, 52nd City, Smithsonian Magazine, ST. Louis Magazine, The Riverfront Times, Cream City Review, Farmhouse Magazine, Kansas City Star, Art and Artists, and Midrivers Review. | | Polaroid transfer | Polaroid Transfer Elvis is Alive Museum | Polaroid transfer Elvis is Alive Museum Car | Polaroid transfer X Ray terrestrial No. 4 | Polaroid transfer Blood is the New Black | |
