Looking to sublet my room from May until September because I have moved out of the city.
This apartment has all wood floors, big bright windows, 1.5 bathrooms, two entrances (one with small deck), and two roommates upstairs. The room I am subletting is on the main floor of the apartment. It has two closets and two windows. Very nice, large room. Everything except power (approx.$40/month per tenant) & phone is included in the rent (Heat, Water, Cable, Wireless Internet, Parking for one). There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment. Did I mention the whirlpool tub?
This apartment is in a great location, right on the corner of Oxford & Chebucto, with virtually no neighbours. All the main bus routes travel by, and it's a short 5 minute walk to anything you could want.
You will be sharing the apartment with one male & one female roommate (both mid 20's), as well as a year old male cat, all of whom are very easy to get along with.
