2004 Flagstaff Pop-up Tent Trailer and Toy Hauler. $3,100 OBO. WA. Title will be available to transfer on purchase.
"Cash or Cashiers Check only please" "Or PayPal"
Used AS-IS, No returns. All questions are welcomed.

Pop-up Tent modified onto two unique heavy duty racks to haul toys. Each rack fits approx. 1 large ATV or 2 dirt bikes. Great for storage to keep things dry and off the ground. Can be used to sleep under, hauling wood, etc.

Full size tires and mag wheels, Heated beds that fit 2 adults per side, Table that folds down into another bed, Outside corner table, Microwave Inc., Mini Electric/Gas Fridge, Electric/Gas Furnace, Stove, Sink, Hot water tank, Mini tub with built-in porter potty toilet. Outside has hatch door to remove waist tank. Circuit breaker panel, Small Ceiling fan, Couple batteries and propane tank that might all need charging. Cabinetry and floors are in fantastic shape. Everything works that I know of, however it's been awhile since I used any of the gas items or hot water tank. We usually just hooked up to electric.
Outside throw mat and inside mat, Step ladder, Hanging basket we left with a few other camping goodies.
The crank lift mechanism works great and is in very good shape. Hard shell top very good and does not leak!
It has always been covered.

NOTE DAMAGE: :( So unfortunately we apparently put away the tent trailer when the over head bed lights were still somewhat hot. This put a few burns holes in each of the canvases. So this last time out, after seeing the disappointment we patched it with cheap vinyl tape that we had on hand. This kept the light rain out for the trip, but in no way is done well. This definitely will need a high end patch job at the very least.

Also, the bottom edge door frame has lost it's seal and comes apart. So the one side edge separates, especially when out of the door opening. I had a bolt holding it together, but it has since fallen out. I think this could be an easy fix really.

Other then that this trailer is in pretty good shape. I'm willing to take a decent BEST OFFER.
It definitely needs some TLC and a few repairs.

I would like to meet somewhere close to Federal Way and I can bring it to a local meeting spot. Please see all the current pics. I'm kind of hoping to not have to re-open it again, but I can if that is a must. I just took the pictures after it's final use.

Serious buyers only! Let me know if any other questions.
