 | One Room for rent at THE GROVE apartment complex located on the University of South Alabama's (Mobile, AL) campus. Rent is $455 per month. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a laundry area, a full-sized kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The ONE bedroom for rent has a large bathroom joined to it, and a walk-in closet. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, couch, lounge chair, coffee table, dining table and chairs, desk, full-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and free high-speed internet. Also, utilities are covered by THE GROVE as long as they do not exceed $30 per month (I have never had to pay an overage on utilities).
Only ONE bedroom is for rent (the two other bedrooms are already leased by 2 quiet, studious female students). Must be a female renter AND student at the University South Alabama (under THE GROVE's policies).
I am transferring to another school this spring and the new renter will need to pick up and continue the lease from January 1, 2010-July 31, 2010 (the bedroom will not be available until Jan 1, 2010). Again, rent is $455 per month.
THE GROVE apartment complex where the apartment is located is very nice, with a clubhouse that has a library, gym, tanning beds, coffee shop, game room, and full size resort-style pool. The University of South Alabama's transportation system, "JagTran" has a bus stop at THE GROVE to transport students to and from class on campus.
