Here is an impressive brilliant cut & indeed rare Mexican Bytownite mined at the La Pill Mine, Casas Grande, Chihuahua, Mexico. Rare and somewhat difficult gem to obtain especially in this size and quality (I can not stress this to you enough) as almost no new material of this quality is found anymore. Cut from old mined rough found in and around volcanic area of Northern Mexico. We are talking a fantastic World Class collectors gem here my fellow members that is most defiantly highly prized by collectors and a like! This gem has a light golden yellow color (often referred to as a light straw color), remarkable luster & brilliance, and a very well executed cut. This gem would make an excellent gift for that someone special! This material runs up to $30 per carat for this cut, color, clarity, & carat weight, thats around $275 market value.
