Houston Piano Company Appraised it at $3,500

It is in excellent condition, has been played on routinely and serviced annually, has beautiful wood carved craftsmanship, great sound, and an extra cushioned seat. It comes with an installed dehumidifier, and the bench opens up for music storage.

It is a great piano and has been loved for many years. Anyone who gets to play on this piano will be very happy with it.
