These Clackers are to be displayed as Collector Items Only!

I am going to put on auction some of my very OWN collection of Vintage "Popper Knockers" from the late 60's early 70's.
***Note that these Clackers are NOT the Cheaply made sets that some other sellers are selling, Mine have the heavy nylon string that goes ALL-THE_WAY through the MIDDLE of the ball! Some of the other sellers sell one's that the string has been attached by "melting" it into the ball...the string is not placed in the middle of the ball,it's "cockeyed" if the strings breaks off then you are left with Clackers with NO string attached to them.
I grew up right down the street from the "Popper Knocker" factory in Carterville,Mo. right here on OLD "Route 66".

Hello, from Southwest Missouri!

My business is wedding gown rentals (Vintage & Modern).
I also like to "dabble" in candle & soap making...just making gifts for family and friends.

WE are Rodney and Terri Edwards...we live here in Southwest Missouri (South of Joplin), where we own and operate a machine shop that specializes in prototype and one of a kind parts.

Rodney also does British motorcycle restoration and also has a pretty large collection of British bikes, including 5 Nortons, 3 Triumphs and his pride and joy a Royal Enfield Indian.

We have two children, a daughter, 28 yrs. old, whom was married in October 2001, Her husband is in the AIRFORCE and they live out of state with our "grandchildren" their 3 cats and 2 dogs.

Our youngest child, our son Rodney left for the Navy in May 2001...only 3 days after his high school graduation...he is now 26 yrs. old, and is a NAVAL INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST
He is presently in Iraq.
