The septic on the property is great for emptying the RV tanks, and was built to allow up to a 3 bedroom home on the property. Two accessible sides of the property have been fenced with a gate out front. The community center is about a 15 minute walk away and includes computer access, covered play area, pool and game tables, basketball court and playground. Our 97 Mini Winnie has aprox. 77,249 km. miles and is in very good condition. It has new floors, new foam and upholstery, new curtains, new tires and 2 new batteries. Generator, dash and roof air, awning, MW, and oven, 2 heavy duty racks for scooters. All the toys are included (including a 2002 Yamaha moped, mountain bike, fishing and snorkel gear, boogie boards etc.). We have loved touring the island and many of the 20+ state and county campsites on the island. If you are interested, we have many, many pictures of the property and RV.
*Note: We will be on the Big Island this summer from July 17-Aug 17 and can show the property and RV. If you choose to purchase, we will find other accomodations for the rest of our stay. (Round trip flights costs to Hawaii today through Expedia- July into Aug were starting around $560 from Vancouver. On average, that is aprox how much we have paid every summer over the past 5 years.)
