Why I want to sell my Timeshare?
When I travel to Belize I like it so much and want to return. I later bought the Timeshare and much later decide to be a Belize resident. Therefore I do not need the Timeshare anymore.
I actually have 2 unused weeks I would prefer to keep. I love the Captain Morgan’s Retreat.
Other information
The Timeshare contract contains a right of first refusal for the Captain Morgan’s.
They made us a letter stating they will not exercise this option and authorize to sell directly,
We will supply this letter to the buyer.
Christmas and New Years week are not available.
Included in the Timeshare, free of charge we had utilized, Scuba Diving, Sailing, Bicycle, Beach BBQ, Fishing rods. There might be others we are not aware.
When you go vacationing at Captain Morgan’s, they will pick you up by boat near the airport and return you there when you leave the Resort also free of charge. Your luggage will be brought to your room and back when you leave.
In April 2007 they were selling the Timeshare at 17,900$ when I was there. They were giving one week of free stay at Captain Morgan’s plus other light incentives like meals and drinks and the usage of the facility for the day after you have had listen to the presentation. |
