 | GM Speedometer Instrument Cluster Repair Service
Do you have a problem with the gauges in your 02-07 GM or GMC vehicle fluttering, sticking, reading incorrectly (120 MPH), or just refusing to work ? Overview and requirements for the Mail In Instrument Cluster Repair Service:
This option requires you or your mechanic to remove your instrument cluster, pack securely and ship via USPS/UPS/FedEx to my location for the repairs to be performed. You pay for shipping to my Shop. Please include Work Order from my Website and click on the Tab that says Work order and print it out and put all the info on it and send it in with the cluster..
My turnaround is typically 24 hours and I cover the return shipping charge back to your shipping from address. Note: your vehicle can still operate and function temporarily without the instrument cluster installed although without the obvious speed or fuel level information.
Rebuild and Testing procedure to your Speedometer:
- I will replace all Stepper motors in the Cluster with the new updated motors X25-168
� I will replace all back lights bulbs with new ones�.
. I will Update the VFD problem also�.
� I will update the software�.
� The Clean the face plate lens assembly will be cleaned ( I also sell new Lens if you want one, let me know and I can give you a quote on that). �
� Re-test cluster to insure quality and perform calibration of all gauges.
� After your Cluster is repaired I will ship it back to your address by either UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail (If you want it back faster than that let me know and I can give you a quote)
