| Hello, I am a trainee in a body/mind healing modality, Rubenfeld Synergy Method. I am currently looking for volunteers for complimentary Rubenfeld Synergy practice sessions in the Philadelphia area. I have availability for free 45-minute sessions for individuals interested in heightening somatic awareness. The benefits to Rubenfeld Synergy are many, including stress reduction, an increased sense of well-being, and awareness of the body. The sessions take place with the volunteer fully clothed lying on a massage table in a professional office space in West Chester, PA.
