Note: Unit was missing this part, but we MADE IT in our shop, we made a homemade unit to save $600 on the part.
Part # is 409682-G7. WE MADE THE PART, homemade, grease collector long pan.
It's a thin piece of metal hanging down the side to push the grease into.
My other idea, would of been, to use a stainless steel bucket underneath that area, when you need to scrap the grease off the grill. You can put a chair there with a bucket.
The grill still works even if you did not have the collector unit. But we made it, as best we could.
