- This listing is about getting yourself placed on the list to be notified upon the birth of an AKC litter that is due on November 14, 2009. When contacting me to be placed on the list, please specify male or female pup and color of pup that you wish to purchase.
- The parents of these gorgeous babies are both on the premises and can be seen/met at any time.
- The parents are also both registered and have their papers/pedigrees available for viewing when you come to see the puppies and/or their parents.
- The sire is approximately 90-100 pounds and the dam is approximately 85-90 pounds. The Sire and Dam are both black.
- This particular Dam and Sire have had one prior litter together. It was a litter of 10----7 males and 3 females. 7 of the pups were pure black and 3 of the pups were black with a tiny triangle of white on their chests.
- Both the Dam and Sire have black/tan, black/red and pure black pups in their lineage. The Dam also has black/silver and the Sire also has black/cream, therefore, the pups could be any of these color combinations.
- Every litter that I sell gets vet checked, wormed once when they are 4 weeks old and again when they are eight weeks old. Every liter also receives the Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) and their first set of vaccines when they are six weeks old. Proof will be contained within their health records and folders.
- Every litter also comes with a 2 Year Pet Replacement Health Guarantee!
- They will be ready to go to their new homes and owners approximately January 8, 2010.
- I am not trying to offend anyone in any manner, but I must say that I am NOT a "back yard" or "in-bred" breeder and do not condone those who are, therefore, if you participate in any of these activities, please do not contact me regarding my beautiful babies. As these beautiful, innocent babies are not yet capable of defending themselves, I take the job of being their defender and caretaker very seriously.
- I will begin showing the pups and accepting deposits when the pups are 4 weeks old. The depsoits are non-refundable for any reason once the pups reach 8 weeks of age. The pups must also be picked up by 8 weeks of age or they will be placed as available again for purchasing.
- I accept Paypal, credit cards (through Paypal), AlertPay, USPS money orders, checks (for deposits ONLY) and cash (in person.) All funds MUST clear before the pup is released.
- The down payment must be a minimum of 1/3 (preferably half) of the sales price for me to hold a pup and lay-a-way plans can be discussed in greater detail with each individual, HOWEVER, due to the nature of these transactions and the time frame involved, refunds will NOT be issued simply because you changed your mind, therefore, please be 100% positive before making this purchase.

- Additional pictures of the parents are available upon request and pictures of the pups will be taken for each individual pup as they grow.
