 | I am selling my Bernina 165, I love it, it's an awesome very smooth strong machine, made in switzerland. It's is time to upgrade to a bigger machine for the work I do. It is in very good condition. Fully serviced by a Bernina trained technician. Retailed new at 5,299.95. Selling for $2,500.00 but am willing to negotiate, give me your best offer and I can see what I can do.
It comes with all accessories listed below as well as the Embroidery unit.
It is actually pretty cool this machine will do everything. Basic sewing, quilting, and embroidery. Has a screen on the machine which is wonderful for embroidery because you can do on screen editing. Even the on screen editing is pretty cool. On most machines you can only make the design 10% larger or 10% smaller. On the Bernina embroidery machines you have the option to make the design 200% bigger or 200% smaller giving you so much more control when editing the design. It also comes with all of its cords to transfer designs from your computer to the sewing machine. It is a direct connect cord and to transfer you will need to download a software onto your computer. Don't worry it is free I can show you exactly what to download and where to get it.
This machine has a total of 914 different stitches separated into categories of practical stitches, button holes, decorative stitches, quilt stitches and alphabets.
The manual has a summary of the stitches as well as detailed description of what each stitch is meant for.
Also has some built in embroidery designs and multiple fonts for embroidery.
