* Unit is ready to operate and should be level for draining purpose
IT'S NOT ELECTRIC, SO IT CAN BE PLACED VIRTUALLY ANYWHERE
YOU NEED TO DISPLAY ANY DESSERTS, SALADS OR ANY COLD DISPLAYS.
THEY ARE PERFECT FOR ICE DISPLAYS OR FOR COLD FOOD PANS
JUST FILL IT WITH ICE, IT COMES WITH 5 DIVIDERS.
IT HOLDS 6 FULL SIZE PANS
OR A CONFIGURATION OF DIFFERENT SIZE PANS
BUT YOU WOULD NEED TO PURCHASE EXTRA DIVIDERS FOR SMALLER PANS .
IT'S FULLY INSULATED TO HOLD ICE LONGER
Note: Gasket needs to be fixed, your installer will have to do that,
seal in the gasket with silicone or something. Normal thing for installer to do.
