Please help...I have to find a place to move into January 01, 2019

The property I am currently just got new owner's and they are raising the rent an additional $325 a month.

I have lived at my current apt for 3 years and 4 months. My rent has been paid in full every month on time. I dont have good credit but have no evictions and a clean background. Never had any issues at my current apt and had no plans to move out at anytime soon at all. I was happy with it and it worked for me. I am desprately seaching for something similar to it but open to all options.
