No service calls to customer service reps; just two "go to" people you can count on. NO BOOKING FEE or local taxes & fees, no "management fee" added on with us!

We hold OPEN HOUSES in the evenings from 6-8 pm; OUR TOUR includes wine and cheese with us in our Garden of Eden backyard!

Rent does NOT include pet fee, which is an ADDITIONAL $50/month.

Tenant pays all utilities and landscaping costs: mowing and weeding weekly.

Owner pays for $25/month HOA fee so you can use pool and has bought all air filters for the first year for you to install. Owner will include lawncare if rent is increased to $2200/month.
