We own two homes, one in Charleston, SC and one in Thompson's Station, TN. We have family in Nashville and Franklin and visit often. Our business in Charleston is doing home repairs, renovations and restorations. This is our full time job and our home is meticulous because of it. This is also our family home and we take pride in its condition and being the most beautiful home on the block. No impersonal lock-box tours with us! No service calls to customer service reps; just two "go to" people you can count on. NO BOOKING FEE or local taxes & fees, no "management fee" added on with us!

We hold OPEN HOUSES in the evenings from 6-8 pm; OUR TOUR includes wine and cheese with us in our Garden of Eden backyard!

Non-Smokers only.
Rent does NOT include pet fee, which is an ADDITIONAL $50/month.
Last month will be FREE on a THREE YEAR RENTAL.
$100 Gift card to restaurant of your choice on a TWO YEAR RENTAL.
$50 Gift card to Walmart, Target or Kroger with a ONE YEAR RENTAL.
Tenant pays all utilities and landscaping costs: mowing and weeding weekly.
$2500 security deposit
$50/person credit and background check
Owner pays for $25/month HOA fee so you can use pool and has bought all air filters for the first year for you to install. Owner will include lawncare if rent is increased to $2200/month.
