So lets face the facts your
looking for or need help,
otherwise you wouldn't be here, and I need to earn a living. So if your
not willing to pay someone to check your computer or network, don't
waist my time. With that said, I offer "Remote Administration
Help", via: Remote
Assistance or
Remote Desktop Connection, to
administer help via the internet.
Note: If any of your machines
hardware is physically damaged, I can't repair the problem via the
internet. I will be adding free self help pages in the near future, so
check back later.
Once I'm connected remotely to
your computer, it's like I'm right there at your keyboard and looking at
your monitor. I can see exactly what the problems are and implement
repair procedures to fix them!

CD-Rom drives nor can I connect any other devices to your
computer.

You need the following:
- A internet connection,
using the computer you need help with. Preferably a DSL or
better internet connection.
- All Original CD's that
came with your computer. (this will shorten the repair time)
- Any CD's that came
with other hardware that was installed later (i.e. Modems,
Ethernet, Video cards, printers ect...).
- All CD's for all software
installed (i.e. Ahead Nero Burning Rom, MS Office, ect...).
(this will shorten the repair time)
- Your Network user name's
and Password's. (I don't give out your personal info to any third
parties!)
- Your administrator
Windows login name and Password. I suggest that you create a
new one for me to use. I will let you know what to name the
account and a password. ( I don't give out your personal
info to any third parties!)
- Your computers WAN IP address
(WAN IP = Wide Area Network Address, there are a good site
to find it is whatismyip dot com). If you are connected via
a router, you may need to configure your router to allow
access to some ports. I will offer help if you don't know
how.
- A .net passport. (i.e.
Get a Screen name with msn or hotmail.)
