Accommodations Forward cabin features very large double berth with custom mattress. Shelved locker with mirror faced sliding doors, vanity with 2 drawers and 2 bins below, large hanging locker to stbd, forward there are shelves and 2 lockers to port. Head area is fully enclosed has a Wilcox head, and separate shower stall. There is dual access to head by forward cabin door or door to main salon, Head has mirror vanity w/ storage below and outboard, and Paloma instant water heater outboard. Shower stall has teak grating and cedar shelved storage bin outboard. Main Salon features two 6’6" Berths outboard and a 6’6" quarter berth. All have custom high density foam bottoms and contoured backrests. There is a large folding table and varnished teak and holly flooring. Ample storage is located behind and above seatbacks including custom wine storage. Lighting includes 6 dimmable halogen brass lights, 5 flourescent lights, and a wood/brass overhead lamp. There are also 4 Hella fans.
Engine/Mechanical Westerbeke 27hp, fresh water-cooled,new engine mounts 2007, Hurth v drive transmission rebuilt 2007, 1" steel shaft, fixed 3 blade 10x15 propeller, Cutlass bearings, muffler, and exhaust replaced 1997. Pressure hot and cold water to galley, head, and shower, with on demand Paloma water heater. Refrigerator is of cold plate design and has engine driven, and dockside compressors. Air conditioning is a Marine air reverse cycle unit. There is also a salt water wash down pump, 2 ABCand 1 halogen fire extinguishers.
Electrical 12-volt system with Guest main selector, Newmar battery charger, 50 foot shore power cord, 2 deep cycle batteries nw 2007, numerous AC outlets.
Sail and Canvas Mainsail: North 8oz Nordac (Dacron) Crosscut with 2 full battens and 2 reef points, new 1996. Headsail: 140% North Nordac, crosscut 6oz, foam luff, U.V. leech and foot with furling patches, new 1996, and restiched 2007. Both sails are in like new condition.
Canvas: Full winter cover and frame by Fairclough. Bimini with 3 panel windshield, 2 overhead clear panels, wheel cover, hatch, winch and handrail covers, sail cover, all new 1997. 3 fenders with custom Main Point covers.
Rigging and Winches Aluminum mast and boom, mast has internal wiring and halyards, and single spreaders. Standing rigging is all Navtec stainless steel rod rigging. Winches; 2 #22 Barient self-tailing genoa winches, 1 #18 two speed and 1 # 21 two speed halyard winches, 1# 10 single speed outhaul winch, all serviced 2007. Main and genoa halyards new 9/97, second genoa halyard new 2001. Lewmar mainsheet 4:1 blocks new 9/97. alluminum track with new gonoa cars 2007,. Lazy jacks and Harken roller furling.
Navigation and Electronics Ritchie binnacle mounted compass, Autohelm 4000 autopilot, Raytheon 570 loran, Standard Horizon; speed, depth, Icon IC m55 vhf, ships clock and barometer, stereo with cabin and cockpit speakers, 32" Edison wheel. Bicolor running light on bow pulpit, white running light on stern pulpit, 2 spreader lights new 2007, foredeck, anchor and tricolor masthead lights.
Exterior/Decks The hull was Awlgripped "Hinckley" green, with double white boot stripe, and Clear coated 8/1997. The decks are white with chevy green nonskid awlgripped 2007.
Forward, aft and midship chocks and cleats, double lifelines, upper new 2000, lower new 2007. Double railed bow and stern pulpits, bow pulpit has double anchor rollers, 35# bruce anchor 50ft chain and 150 ft rode. Opening gates port, starboard and aft with custom boarding ladder aft. Varnished/covered handrails, varnished cabin trim, custom cockpit grating, table and cup holders. There is a full set of closed cell cockpit cushions. There are dock lines, 6 life preservers and man overboard sling, radar reflector, horn, and magma propane grill.
Navigation Area Hinged chart table with storage below, outboard shelf, 12-volt battery panels, 2 storage drawers below. Battery stowage under front end of quarter berth, red/white florescent light. The 110 breaker is located under companionway.
Galley Galley is u-shaped with "Arborite" countertops, teak fiddles, gimbaled 3 burner Princess stove with oven and cutting board cover, deep top loading ice chest with dockside and engine driven cold plate refrigeration. A double sink is equipped with foot pump and single lever hot/cold water, ample stowage including multiple outboard lockers, 3 drawers and hinged garbage locker. Lighting is supplied by 2 new halogen under counter lights.
Ventilation Ventilation is outstanding on this vessel. There are 5 opening ports to the cabin sides, 2 small and 3 large hatches in the cabin top, new screens to all in 1998; there is also a varnished/covered dorade box. | |
